ARMS / Block Frame Double Crossover

The double crossover trainer based on a block frame is designed to develop the muscles of the torso, muscles of the arms (deltas, triceps, biceps), as well as the muscles of the legs (gluteal, hind, external and internal muscles of the thigh) using various block handles.
